Two sets of reference prices on the page point in different directions.
The package cards show crossed-out totals of $358, $537 and $1,074. Divide each by its bottle count and each works out to $179 a bottle. Elsewhere the page shows a regular price of $149 a bottle.
That is our arithmetic, and the two reference prices do not agree.
We cannot tell which, if either, was ever a real price. Ignore both and compare the actual prices: $79, $59 and $49 a bottle. Confirm what you will pay on the official checkout page, not from a crossed-out number.
